Does your venue require a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
No – I don’t need a COI Standard COI – Proof of insurance only COI with Additional Insured (1 entity) COI with Additional Insured (2–3 entities) Not sure – please advise Completed [Admin] COI requests need at least 10 business days’ notice; issuance is not guaranteed under 5 business days. A standard COI is free.
Is a vendor / supplier portal setup required?
