Having been the trusted decorator for family and friends' special occasions for years, Maquel bravely founded BE, turning a small aspiration into a thriving business. Continuously brainstorming strategies to expand and enhance BE, Maquel anticipates substantial growth ahead. Her vision includes broadening and elevating BE, with ambitions for a large warehouse to store unique inventory acquired worldwide. With a significant clientele from South Asia, she plans to acquire decorative pieces from countries like India, Pakistan, and surrounding countries. Drawing inspiration from the wedding traditions of her Indian and Pakistani clients, Maquel's designs are infused with cultural richness.

“That’s when we found our niche— and it was so liberating…” -Maquel, founder & owner
Bradbury Events, is family-owned business located in Marysville, WA, serving a 60-mile radius. Before doing full on event decoration, Bradbury Events only offered wedding coordination and planning. After multiple clients requesting decoration services, B.E. LLC completely shifted it’s direction and started investing in decoration services, now no longer doing event coordination. “That’s when we found our niche— and it was so liberating because we were all passionate about event decoration and to be able to offer these services for our clients was something special” says Maquel, founder and owner of B.E. LLC.
Our team consists of skilled individuals, each playing a vital role in bringing our unique design concepts to fruition. Austin creates all of our wooden foldable backdrops, Rachael creates all of the personalized signage and decals, Karensa assists in most setups using her creative eye to bring our clients visions come to fruition, and Maquel does a little bit of everything— from the design process to setup.
As our inventory and clientele continue grow, so will our team. Eventually hoping to provide decoration services for the entire PNW!
Faq
What does the booking process look like?
After filling out our client inform take, if needed, we will then schedule a quick 10 minute phone call with you to gather extended event information. To follow, you will receive a variety of digital mock-up designs to choose from. Our digital mock-ups are great visuals and offer assurance that we have listened and understand your needs. Once general design has been solidified, invoice will be sent in order for you to send your non-refundable deposit to book your event.
How long does setup typically take?
Typically setup takes 1-2 hours for balloon garland package setups. Additionally, we always like to setup as early as possible so we can finish setup as early as possible before your event start time. For weddings, we typically need at least 3 hours to setup, but prefer to have as much time as possible.
Do you sell individual balloon garlands?
At the time, no, we do not sell or install individual balloon garlands, but in special cases we have in past. We may offer grab-and-go balloon garlands in future though, so stay tuned.
Do you rent out just backdrops?
At this time, no, unfortunately we do not rent out our backdrops individually. We also do not offer the option for clients to pick up their own rental items, such as backdrop stands, or any other item we rent. Each service we offer is typically a packaged item that requires delivery, setup, and tear down by B.E. LLC. However, this may be something we will consider for future so stay tuned.
Do you offer coordination services?
At this time, no, unfortunately we do not offer planning or coordination services outside of the planning process that occurs during the design process.
