Does your venue require a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
No – I don’t need a COI Standard COI – Proof of insurance only COI with Additional Insured (1 entity) COI with Additional Insured (2–3 entities) Not sure – please advise Completed [Admin] COI requests typically require 3 to 5 business days. Rush requests may not be possible and may incur additional fees. COI fees are non-refundable once submitted.
