Some venues and organizations require additional paperwork such as vendor portals or specific Certificates of Insurance (COIs). If that applies, select the relevant options below.
Does your venue require a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
No – I don’t need a COI Standard COI – Proof of insurance only COI with Additional Insured (1 entity) COI with Additional Insured (2–3 entities) Not sure – please advise COI requests typically require 3 to 5 business days. Rush requests may not be possible and may incur additional fees. COI fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Is a vendor / supplier portal setup required?
No – I don’t need vendor/admin setup Yes – Standard vendor setup (1 portal or platform) - $125 Yes – Extended vendor setup (2–3 systems and detailed questionnaires) - $225 We expect multiple portals / complex compliance (quote separately) - $TBD Covers time to complete vendor onboarding, supplier portals, and required documentation. These admin fees are separate from decor pricing and are non-refundable once work begins.
