The grand ballroom at Hilton Bellevue demands decor that holds its own, so we built a Sweetheart Table setup in deep burgundy, emerald, and ivory that photographed from every angle of the room. One of our favorite large-format installs in the Seattle area.

Edmonds Waterfront Center brings Puget Sound views through floor-to-ceiling windows, so we kept the Sweetheart Table styling in powder blue, blush, and sage to work with the coastal light rather than compete with it. The result felt like the florals grew from the landscape.

Setup times vary by package and venue. Tabletop add-ons typically need 1 to 2 hours. Nikkah partitions need about 1 to 2 hours. Full Mandap stage backdrops need 2 to 4 hours. We coordinate arrival time with your venue and event timeline to ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
For venues we already know, like Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo, a site visit is usually not necessary. For new venues, we may request a walkthrough or ask for photos and floor plans to plan your layout properly. Custom or large-scale setups at unfamiliar venues may include a site visit as part of the design consultation process.
